Can I pay by card in the app?+
Not yet. Right now orders are cash on delivery — the driver collects and the total is reconciled in your dashboard. We're evaluating a local card processor for Albania.
Do I need to build my menu?+
No. Send us your menu (photo, PDF or link) and we enter it for you as part of onboarding.
Can I cancel and take my data?+
Always. Customers, orders, menus — one-click CSV export from your dashboard. Cancel any time, no lock-in.
What about my own drivers?+
Add them to your roster from the Drivers tab. They get a driver app with live tracking, cash reconciliation and shift tools.
